Designed company website, Facebook and google ads, search engine optimizations, marketing, and LLC set-up. 


Fresh Look Real Estate, LLC. (2019-2020)

Designed a new website and integrated it with Salesforce CRM, NWMLS multiple listing service for real estate agents, back office, real estate transaction desk software and QuickBooks accounting for a seamless workflow process. Established company processes from beginning to end and trained staff members on the new procedures. Expanded company from one office to four offices in less than a year. 


NAHREP Seattle (2018-2020)

Current President of NAHREP Seattle. Formally served as Vice President and Marketing Director on the 2018 and 2019 board of directors. Created graphics and marketed events throughout the year. Ran social media marketing and produced marketing videos.


Wyndham (2004 – 2011) Director, Digital Marketing

Delivered customer-centric email campaign messaging; gained 30% efficiency in communications sent. Developed marketing initiatives in support of strategic alliances such as Orlando Magic, San Francisco 49ers and San Diego Chargers. Trained staff in launches of marketing campaigns, cross-sells and up-sells. Obtained 3% lift in booking through the through the implementation of agent contests, bi-monthly training sessions, and KPI’s.


Wyndham Vacation Ownership (2011-2016)
Director Digital Marketing & Project Management

Developed roadmap and led the GTM digital strategy and tactics to educate vacation ownership members on their benefits, products and services. Quarterly post launch results averaged 950% YOY increase in educated members (from 630 to 6,000 members). Successfully led 90+ monthly corporate digital projects and executive initiatives on an ongoing basis from concept through execution.


Walt Disney Parks & Resorts (1995-2003

Marketing Manager and Analyst
Directed the largest marketing campaign dedicated to a theme park attraction in Disney® history -- Epcot’s Mission: Space. This B2C campaign resulted in 500,000 new leads; 42% above goal.
